This line is intended to help those struggling with a situational crisis, psychosis or suicidal behaviour, as well as severe depression, anxiety or suicidal behaviour. Families, friends or individuals are invited to call.

The distress line provides emotional support and encouragement to those who need it. Crisis management and interventions, suicide risk assessment and prevention and offers community resources and referral information.

Offers e-mental health services that are free, and provides confidential support to young people in both English and French.

This Crisis Line and Chat service is for children and youth 17 and under who are experiencing a crisis. Parents, guardians, caregivers, friends, and service providers are welcome to reach out if they are concerned about a child or youth in crisis.
