Meet your Psychotherapist
Hello and Welcome All!
My passion as a Registered Psychotherapist is working with you and hearing your story. I’m grateful to be doing something I am so passionate about.
I love holding space for my clients and engaging in individual therapy sessions with those aged 14+ of all genders and sexualities. I offer a place for individuals to discuss their emotions and grow from surviving to Thriving.
I take pride in walking with you down whatever path you are on. I have particular experience in working with stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and sleep concerns.
I know being open and vulnerable can be a bit scary and daunting. But, I believe that if we are honest with ourselves and our feelings, take time to understand what our emotions are trying to tell us, explore our wants, needs and values, wants, needs and know the person we want to become as well as how our past has shaped up we can move through harder times and feel discover what we truly need to be happy or at least content.
I’ve seen how much someone can grow and flourish when given the space to be their true, authentic self. Being vulnerable and sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings can be challenging, but I want you to know I am here to listen and understand. I will strive to demonstrate an empathetic understanding of your experiences and recognize your emotional experiences without judgment.
“I’m not perfect… But I’m enough.”
– Carl R. Rogers

Consultations
Consultations are an excellent way to get to know your therapist and determine if you feel comfortable working together. If you don’t feel comfortable, therapy won’t be as effective. So, bring your questions and concerns to see if we are a good fit.
