Hello and Welcome, All!
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by people’s stories. I remember sitting with my grandparents, completely absorbed in their tales of growing up, and spending hours chatting with friends about the ups and downs of their lives. That natural curiosity and love for listening is what led me to become a therapist—it’s truly a privilege to hear and hold space for the stories of others.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outdoors, soaking up the calm of nature. Whether it’s a quiet walk in the park or a hike through the woods, being surrounded by trees and fresh air helps men unwind and recharge.
I also love to unwind by getting creative—knitting, crafting, or writing are some of my favourite ways to relax and express myself. There’s something special about making something with your hands or putting your thoughts on paper.
And yes, I’m a bit of a casual gamer! For me, gaming isn’t just about the game itself; it’s about connecting and laughing with friends, sharing adventures, and building memories together.
Why I Do This Work
Therapy, to me, is about genuine connection. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and understood, and I’m here to support you in your journey—wherever you’re starting from.
If you’re looking for someone who values authenticity, creativity, and a good story, I’d love to meet you.
Professionally
I love holding space for my clients and engaging in individual therapy sessions with those aged 14+ of all genders and sexualities. I offer a place for individuals to discuss their emotions and grow from surviving to Thriving.
I take pride in walking with you down whatever path you are on. I have particular experience in working with stress, anxiety, burnout, and just talking with people.
I know being open and vulnerable is scary and daunting. But, I believe that if we are honest with ourselves and our feelings, take time to understand what our emotions are trying to tell us, explore our wants, needs and values, understand the person we want to become we can move through harder times and feel discover what we truly need to be happy or at very least content.
I’ve seen first hand how much someone can grow and flourish when given the space to be their true, authentic self. Being vulnerable and sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings can be challenging, but I want you to know I am here to listen and understand. I will strive to demonstrate an empathetic understanding of your experiences and recognize your emotional experiences without judgment.
“I’m not perfect… But I’m enough.”

“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.”
